Risks
Nobody has audited these contracts, the owner keeps real powers, and most meme tokens go to zero.
- The launchpad is not open. Any site, token or address offered to you as the AGI Launchpad today is not ours.
- Only the addresses under Addresses are ours. Anything else claiming to be AGI is not us. Verify us lists the only places we exist.
- Nothing has been audited. There is no external audit and no bug bounty. The owner key, the launch configurations, the approved quote assets, the fee recipients and this site have not been reviewed either, and neither has the Solana program.
- Payouts wait for a sweep. Fees reach the escrow when a sweep runs, usually sent by our robot. If it stops, nobody is paid until a sweep runs again; the fees wait in the curve or the hook. Graduation does not depend on us. See Operations.
- The owner is powerful. It can change the terms of future launches, approve and remove quote assets, change the snipe tax, replace the robot and the launch forwarder, redirect a launch's creator fees after a 3-day notice and release a stuck launch's reserves after 7 days. A compromised owner key is serious even though liquidity cannot be unlocked.
- The V1 owner can renounce; the V2 owner never can. An ownerless V1 locker can never change its protocol fee recipient or collector whitelist again. V2 ownership can only be transferred, so someone always holds the powers above.
- Quote assets belong to third parties. A quote asset that is paused, blocks an address, starts charging on transfer or rebases can stall a launch. The rescue paths for that are run by the owner and time-delayed.
- The snipe tax can cost you 99%. Buying in a launch's first seconds turns most of the spend into fees, unless the creator exempted your wallet. Up to 32 wallets can be exempted, and they buy at the untaxed price; the list is public in the launch transaction.
- Locked liquidity is not a floor. The position can never be withdrawn, but the price can still fall to almost zero.
- Meme tokens go to zero. Most launches on any launchpad end worthless.
- We have not checked tokens launched elsewhere. The DEX trades any token on the chain; one launched elsewhere may have unlocked liquidity or a contract that can do anything.
- Stock Tokens depend on their issuer. It can pause them, block addresses and burn balances, and their price can drift from the share's. See Stock Tokens.
- Market data comes from third parties. Prices, lists and charts of external tokens can lag or be wrong. The quote in the order is read just before you sign.
- Uniswap V4, Relay and the chain itself are dependencies. Graduation, graduated trades and fee sweeps run through Uniswap V4; cross-chain payments depend on Relay until the funds arrive; Robinhood Chain has its own sequencer and bridge. These contracts cannot protect against their failures.
- AGI's Solana program can still be upgraded. Until it is made final, AGI's upgrade key can replace the code that holds every token's reward pot, at any moment. See Who can change what.
- On Solana, the programs under a token are not ours. Meteora's curve and pool programs and Token-2022 can be upgraded by their authors with no notice, and a change can alter how any launch trades, graduates or pays fees. See Who can change what.
- xStocks depend on their issuer. It can pause or freeze them and move or burn them from any account, pool vaults and the reward pot included, and their price can drift from the share's. Circle and Coinbase can freeze USDC and cbBTC the same way. See Pairs.
- Holder rewards are not guaranteed. They come out of trading fees, so there may be none. They wait 48 hours after a period closes and can be voided in that time, they stop while the issuer has the pair paused, and they expire after 180 days. See Holder rewards.
- Nothing can be undone. A wrong address, chain or amount is final, for us as much as for you.
