Tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, not by us, and the issuer restricts where they may be offered — including to US Persons. This interface enforces nothing: it shows no notice, checks no country and disables no button, and the contracts accept anyone from anywhere and always did. Being able to use this is not the same as being allowed to.

Tokens launched through these factories are created by whoever launches them. Appearing in a list is not an endorsement. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. $AGI is a meme token with no intrinsic value and no utility claim, and has no relationship to any company whose name appears on a tokenized asset.
