The licences of the code compiled into these contracts, including the two Uniswap V4 core files under the Business Source License in Model V2, are listed under Licences and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited, not by us, and the issuer restricts where they can be offered, including to US Persons. Its current list is at docs.robinhood.com/rhj, and Who can use this sets out what that means here. Using the issuer's lists, this site switches off the controls that trade a Stock Token, and every control that sends a transaction where the issuer prohibits it. That does not stop anyone using a VPN, and the contracts accept anyone. Being able to use this site is not the same as being allowed to.

xStocks, the pairs of the Solana launchpad, are tokens issued by Backed Assets (JE) Ltd, not by us, and the issuer restricts where they can be offered, including to US Persons. Its current terms are at xstocks.fi, and Who can use this sets out what that means here. The programs they trade on are Meteora's and Token-2022, not ours, and their authors can change them without notice.

Tokens launched through these factories or on Solana are created by whoever launches them, and appearing in a list is not an endorsement. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. $AGI is the token of the AGI launchpad and DEX: 80% of every fee they collect buys $AGI on the open market and burns it (see Burns). That rule is ours, not a contract, and it is not a promise of any price or return. $AGI has no relationship to any company whose name appears on a Stock Token.
